Quality Assurance/Quality Control
QA/QC is an integral component of BCI’s corporate culture. Through the application of consistent project controls using state-of-the-art software/ management methodologies and collaborative partnerships, BCI succeeds at a world-class level. Sound project and risk management are our front line in our Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs – we have tools in place on every project that:
Obtain early warning of project risks
Improve project performance
Forecast project health at important, preset milestones.
BCI will collaborate with the project team to mitigate problems before they arise. Quality is an integral part of all corporate activities and the prime responsibility of all BCI employees. Specific quality assurance plans and quality control manuals are custom prepared for each contract and used in conjunction with quality control activities by the customer’s Project Manager and the site specific requirements of the project. BCI is currently working on its application for ISO 9001 training and certification. This will be coupled with BCI’s existing quality plan.PROJECT MANAGEMENT
