Our service products include: Project Management:  The personnel of BCI have extensive experience in the management and oversight of complex multi-million dollar projects in the Military, Federal and private sectors.  Our services include scheduling, Architect and Engineering, QA/QC  feasibility studies, costing, start-up and commissioning, change control, technical review, risk management, resource management, submittal processes, and project compliance.
• Design-Build services to Owners that optimizes efficient A&E and construction and ease of operation through close collaboration with partners under a teaming concept.
